Memorials and artwork

When you save a memorial, we store its photos, story and settings with your customer account. Memorials start private. Publishing a public or link-only memorial makes its contents accessible to anyone with its address. Visitors may save or share copies.

AI artwork is optional. When you agree and request a rendering, we send your saved cover photo and prompt to OpenAI. Generated artwork stays with your account until you choose to use it on a published memorial. You can export or delete your memorial from the tribute editor. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention period expires.

Medusa Store collects the information you provide at checkout, such as your name, email address and shipping address, to process and deliver your order.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by the store. Cookies are used to keep your cart and sign-in session.
